• All membership packages will be auto renewed for your convenience. 
• Please give us two weeks’ notice to opt out of your auto pay or to cancel your membership. 
• Unused classes will expire at the end of each month.
• All classes must be used within 30 days of the date the 1st class is taken, no rollovers.
• Late Cancel/No Show Policies apply with the use of this membership. Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• A 24 hour cancellation is required prior to a scheduled class. Should you be unable to attend, please cancel your class well in advance to allow another client to take your place. 
• All class reservations and cancellations are easily made on our MindBody scheduling page.
• If you fail to cancel 24 hours before or do not show to a class, you will lose the class.
• Those with a monthly memberships also have a 24 hour cancellation policy
• This policy is in place to ensure everyone is able to take the class they desire. Thank you for helping us to provide you with the highest quality of service.
